Each plaque/pennant flag is lovingly designed by me. I hand draw each motivational message before it's laser cut and engraved onto 6mm thick solid oak wood. After hand finishing each hanging sign, I apply a coat of all natural wax to the oak, to seal and bring out all the texture. Each piece of oak is unique and will look different, making them more unique - like you!
